Terms of Service
These terms apply to the ARENIZ game, the areniz.com website and the ARENIZ online services, published by DATAIZ LLC (ZOGOR GAMES). By creating an account or playing ARENIZ you accept these terms.
1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play ARENIZ for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer or distribute modified versions of the game. Streaming and creating videos of ARENIZ is welcome.
2. Your account
You need an account to play online. Keep your sign-in provider account and your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your ZOGOR GAMES account. Display names that are offensive, misleading or impersonate others may be changed or removed. One person may not use accounts to harass others or evade a suspension. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
3. Test versions
Test and preview versions may be given to friends and testers. They may be time-limited, may contain bugs and may be switched off remotely, for example when a new version is released. Test progress may be reset.
4. Gold, items and purchases
ARENIZ is free to download and play. Gold is an optional virtual currency that you can buy in the game in packs and spend on in-game items such as elite units, rentals, skins, the season premium track, faster progress or the founding of a clan. Packs can be bought more than once; the gold adds up in your balance.
Gold and items are a licence to use digital content in ARENIZ. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred to another account or traded outside the game, and are tied to your ARENIZ profile. You sign in with your ZOGOR GAMES account, but gold and items are ARENIZ in-game content: they can be used only in ARENIZ and are not shared with, or transferable to, other ZOGOR GAMES games.
Purchases are made only inside the game, through our payment partner, which processes the payment, calculates taxes and issues the receipt. Prices are shown in the game before you pay. Rentals end when their time or number of matches is used up.
Coupon codes are redeemed in the game. A code can be used only as described when it is issued, may expire and has no cash value.
Refunds are described in our refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
You can also buy gold on areniz.com after signing in and connecting your ARENIZ game account. Gold and items always go to that game account. Prices come from our game server; the payment is taken by Stripe, and items bought with gold are confirmed before the purchase. Your payment and gold history is available under My account.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised software, attack our servers or disrupt other players' games. We may remove results, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Shared content
You are responsible for the screenshots and captions you share. Do not share illegal, hateful or infringing content. You keep the rights you have in your shares and grant us a licence to host and display them on areniz.com for as long as they are shared. We may hide content that breaks these terms.
7. Our content
The game, its code, art, music, characters, logos and story belong to DATAIZ LLC or its licensors. Third-party fonts and components are used under their own licences, listed in the game's credits.
8. Online services
Online features such as accounts, friends, multiplayer and sharing require an internet connection and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We will give reasonable notice before discontinuing paid online features.
9. Warranty and liability
ARENIZ is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always published at this address; for important changes we will tell you in the game.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. The courts of Harris County, Texas, USA have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law of your country lets you bring a claim where you live. The ARENIZ User Agreement applies in addition.
